"My Pear Tree"  11 X 14 Pastel on Sanded Paper

This is a pastel painting (drawing).  As I indicated in the 30 Day Painting Challenge, this is not really my Bradford pear tree.  I just like to paint it every year when it blooms.  It is actually multiple trees too.  This is a beautiful spot on Turtle Creek in Highland Park, Dallas.
